With the EAA Forum we have launched a new event format, which
focusses on one hot actuarial topic. It combines the opportunities
to gain new knowledge and skills as well as meeting other
colleagues from all over Europe. This format is replacing the EAA
Summer School.
Focusing on the implementation of Solvency II in 2016, this
year's Forum has the objective to introduce especially young
actuaries to the status of the implementation process, the basics
of Solvency II and some relevant topics of the new solvency
concept. The Forum will prepare you for that part of your work and
help to develop your actuarial skills needed for future tasks.
Beside this, there will be enough time for the communication with
other participants and the discussion of your current topics.
Ideally, participants of this seminar are below the age of 35
years. Of course, colleagues apart from this age group, are also
invited to join the seminar, if they are interested in the
topic.
Additional information and a registration form can be found on
our website. An overview on upcoming events is
enclosed as well.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact
us.
