and operational support for our Operations Manager.
Since this vacancy was issued in a period
that many are enjoying their summer break, we have decided to

Kindly note that we slightly changed
the job profile by removing the preferred residence of the

Dear colleague,
The Actuarial Association of Europe (AAE) is
seeking adynamic Operations Assistant (OA)to provide administrative
and operational support for our Operations Manager.
As experienced OA, you will ensure that the
Operations Manager and the AAE Board of Directors have excellent
administrative support, enabling them to focus on business
development and high-level management issues. You will be an
excellent organiser and communicator with a proactive and friendly
attitude, and the ability to communicate with and develop good
working relationships with actuarial associations and their members
around Europe. You will have the multi-tasking ability and
flexibility to work in this dynamic and ever evolving environment
and will work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

The recruitment process will include

The working hours will be discussed in the

Interviews will be held in September only, with a view to the
appointment commencing in October/November.
