  Professor David Wilkie was at one time an active member of the Groupe Consultatif, the predecessor of the AAE. David reaches his 90th birthday next year, and a Conference to commemorate this is being held at York University, England, on 11 April 2024.  Please see the  webpage for more details.
   
   
• EAA e-Conference May 14th 2024   

• Program now online!
• The program for this year's EAA e-Conference on Data Science and Data Ethics was just recently published. The EAA would like to thank all those who responded to the Call for Speakers have thus contributed significantly to the compilation of a first-class and varied conference program.
• This year's program is dedicated to the highly relevant topic of Artificial Intelligence with three presentations by international experts. Keynote speakers will discuss the application of large language models in the insurance industry and the impact of AI on the actuarial profession. Other presentations will cover topics such as quantifying uncertainty for an AI-based solvency capital estimate and using machine learning to predict health insurance costs.

• EIOPA consultation on the Opinion on sustainability claims and greenwashing in the insurance and pensions sectors, deadline 12 March 2024
• EIOPA consults on its methodology for setting value-for-money benchmarks, deadline 15 March 2024
• EIOPA consults on the prudential treatment of sustainability risks, deadline 22 March 2024
