ICA2026: Why You Should Attend - Plenary Speakers & Key Topics

Why You Should Attend ICA2026

Join leading actuaries from around the world at ICA2026, held at the prestigious Tokyo International Forum. Here’s why attending is a valuable opportunity:

1. Access to Cutting-Edge Knowledge
Engage with research and discussions on critical topics, including natural disasters, climate change, finance, and emerging technologies.

2. Technical Tours and On-Site Experiences
During the ICA period, on Friday, November 13, we will be offering 12 different technical tours that offer unique, on-site experiences! Each with a limited capacity and available on a first-come, first-served basis; if you want to participate, make sure to register early. The tours will feature topics such as natural disasters, climate change, finance, and cutting-edge technology, which are also research themes at ICA2026. Participation is free of charge (Please note that lunch is not included). All tours will depart from and return to Tokyo International Forum.

3. Explore Tokyo’s Culture
Take advantage of Tokyo’s vibrant neighborhoods, including Akihabara, just 10 minutes from the venue, offering electronics, cafés, and unique Japanese subcultures.

4. Diverse Perspectives in an Asian Context
Experience diverse perspectives, especially from non-English-speaking countries. This is not only beneficial for organizations operating in the Asian market, but also greatly contributes to incorporating diverse perspectives across all organizations.

5. Inspiration from Tokyo
Experience one of the world’s most innovative cities and explore new ideas, connections, and growth opportunities.
