data available and recent developments in the fields of AI provide
an exciting opportunity for the actuarial profession to redefine
its field of work. The role of actuaries is evolving at an
incredible pace but remains incompletely defined.

We are at a crucial point where a new understanding of the
possibilities of actuarial science and its ethical obligations

online event. Participants enjoyed a great mixture of live keynote
speeches and professional talks as well as recorded lectures. You

Next year, the event will already celebrate its 5th
anniversary. We want to present again the best lectures on
hot (actuarial) data science topics and further establish the
e-Conference as the most important information forum for the
actuarial profession with regard to data, data quality and data
ethics in Europe.
