Annual Meeting, Barcelona, 21-23 September - preliminary information

As you are aware, Col.legi d'Actuaris de Catalunya will host the AAE's 39th Annual Meeting and Committee meetings in Barcelona on 21-23 September 2016.  I attach preliminary information, kindly provided by our hosts, about the venue for the meetings, local hotels and the social programme.  Online registration for the meetings will be available within the next week or so, and delegates are requested to register their proposed attendance via the link which will be created on the members-only page of the AAE web site.

 

Meeting location:

The meetings will be held at the offices of MGS Seguros, Calle Entenca 325-335, 08029 Barcelona. 

 

Hotel Accommodation:

Please see the attached details.  Delegates should make their own hotel arrangements directly with their preferred hotel.  Note that the weekend of 24/25 September is a local holiday in Barcelona which will attract many additional visitors to the city - early hotel reservation is therefore recommended.
